Links to ancient CHERICCompat wiki page

Page 12 links to https://github.com/CTSRD-CHERI/CHERICCompat/wiki/Pointers-as-Integers. This was last updated in 2016 and is not a useful document as, whilst some of the information is correct, some of it has been incorrect and highly misleading (e.g. talking about the offset interpretation of capabilities for pure-capability code which has not been used for years), and some of it is incomplete.

This link should just be deleted. The CHERI C/C++ programming guide is the reference.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
